Gerbera
Stallenbosch market
Blue roses have you ever seen BLUE ROSES!!
And these little cups of chocolate comes with instruction: Add to boiling milk and stir! Hotchocolate
Coat & Belt: Mr Price, Dress & Hoojab: Msquared and ofcourse my fav bag and boots (these boots just work with everything)
My favourite flower Gerbera!
My mother and I decided that we needed to get out and find some fresh air while we still could: with Ramadhaan approaching, our schedules get busier as the rush of clothing orders start flowing in.
Our destination? The Stellenbosch Market. I love this place. And the drive alone was as refreshing as it was beautiful.
Stellenbosch market is really one of my favourite places to be. With amazing clothing, jewelry, fresh organic fruits and veggies, homemade treats (that are absolutely to die for)- what's not to love?
I came home with wonderful buys. Some clothing, of course, and something I'm so glad I stumbled across: a few beautiful Gerberas. They are definitely my favourite flowers- I had to buy some. In fact, I would have bought them all if that was possible, but since it's not, I settled for getting the florists number and some Gerbera's for my room.

Yesterday was a really great way to end our time before Ramadhaan- a month that I'm really looking forward to. Not for all the work I'll be doing, but rather for the awe, power and wonder that comes with this holy time. I can't wait to experience My Lords favours this year, and I wish you all the same:
That your Ramadhaan is filled with blessings, and that you utilize this time and focus on the things that are really important: your 'ibaadah and getting closer to the Almighty...not the tasty treats we're all planning for iftaar!
Ramadhaan Kareem ;)

I am covering...
I
am covering for you, dear brother, trying to journey closer to Your Lord but
finding it distracting to see Him thru my perfect silhouette and seductive
walk.
I
am covering for you, my husband, who might not show it, but feels a tinge of
jealousy and insecurity when I'm complimented and glared at by your closest
friends and family.
I
am covering for u,dear sister, who is shy to leave the house since you can't
afford the lavish western materialistic dressing of your peers.
I
am covering for you, dear sister, as an example of modesty, that I can still be
stylishly covered, and when I am in my castle I can play dress up just like I
did when I was a little girl.
I
am covering for you, my precious daughter, to give you confidence that you are
precious and you don't need to flaunt it to show it.
I
am covering for myself, cos every day when I walk out that door, I should be
learning a lesson in humility and modesty, and insha اَللَّه
as I keep on, those qualities will find its way in my heart and vanquish my
inner pride.
And
most importantly, I am covering for You, My Sustainer, my Creator, my
Protector, for unlike some sisters who look for hapiness, contentment and
satisfaction in the pleasing gazes and compliments of others, I look for it in
You, for who better to look to than the Creator and Owner of these qualitites
Himself!
Please
accept it from me, make me sincere, and all those sisters desiring to follow
Your beautiful way give them strength and willpower to act on their intentions
